I want to be sure all my customers are 100% satisfied and love their new artwork!

As prints are hand made to order refunds are not available as standard. However, if your item is damaged whilst it is in transit to you and arrives in less than perfect condition, please take a photograph of the damaged item (and packaging if relevant) and send the details to hello@suejamesart.co.uk when it arrives so that I can help address this for you.

What is the difference between Paper and Canvas prints What is the difference between Paper and Canvas prints

Paper prints are printed using the Giclée process on sustainably sourced Hahnemühle German etching paper.

Canvas prints are printed using the Giclée process on Fine Art quality sustainably sourced canvas.

Please allow 5 - 7 days for shipping as your print is hand made to order
Framed prints
Please allow 10 - 14 days for your print to be hand made and sent to our bespoke framers for finishing
